Summing up this week in one word: Blessings.

* Complimentary chicken noodle soup in our grocery order. Rose ended up wanting that to help with little cold she was fighting.

* Ran into couple leaving Ringling museum who gave us 2 free adult tickets as their friends weren’t able to join them.

* Abby joined us in Sarasota and then spent time with us in Orlando.

* I needed to see a dentist and found one directly across from our campground so I kick scootered there. Convenient. And a great dentist.

We had a lovely time at Siesta Beach. The sand was amazing and the beach was larger than ones we had visited in Hawaii. They say that they are the #1 beach in the United States. We also found a burger place called S.O.B. Burgers. The burgers were amazing and Ken gave his (with Mac and cheese on top) a 9 out of 10. He is a tough food critic so his 9 is most people’s 10.

The Ringling museum/s were amazing and highly recommended by my former colleague JC who has a condo in Sarasota (full-time as she loves the heat). There was a miniature circus that took 50 years to build. Amazing.

And of course we visited DisneyWorld. We traveled about 113 miles from Sarasota to Orlando and spent Saturday and Sunday at Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. We splurged and got the Genie+ tickets so had minimal waits on the rides. Thankfully because waiting 60 minutes in the sun would not have been comfortable for any of us. Abby drank roughly 8 electrolyte drinks each day keeping her very hydrated and she lasted both days. Woohoo! Andy, Marilyn and Allen joined us both days so we had Disney guides which was very helpful. Our favorite rides were Pirates of the Caribbean, Everest, Peter Pan and Hollywood Tower of Terror. I mostly ride the roller coasters while screaming and praying!

Thanks again for all of the prayers for us. ❤️
